The Business Administration Division of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) recently hosted a groundbreaking event entitled, "Unlocking Financial Excellence: Transform Your Path with CFA." Held on October 6, 2023 at the Charinyarasami Hall, the event brought together financial enthusiasts and industry leaders for a transformative experience.
The remarkable event commenced with a fruitful panel discussion. Prominent industry experts, including Mr. Chanant Charnchainarong, President of Thailand's Capital Market Development Fund; Ms. Florence Wong, Director of Partnerships & Client Solutions for Asia Pacific at the CFA Institute; Mr. Polin Wu, CFA and Tech Lead of the AI Investment Team at AI Gen Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Jirapat Prachumwong, CFA and Analyst at AWR Lloyd, engaged in a riveting discussion on the future of finance.
Following the enlightening discussion, all participants joined in celebrating the outstanding achievements of Business Administration students who received various awards. Chayapon Taechaamorntanakij, Hwi Hyeon Jeong, Naravit Pitaksith, Kanyanat Lerviriyaphan, Kavya Viral Patel from Finance major, and Yu Chen from CMMU were invited to the awards ceremony. Two prestigious awards, the CFA Level 1 Exam Scholarship and the CFA Affiliate Scholarship, were presented by Mr. Chanant Charnchainarong, President of the Capital Market Development Fund, Thailand. These scholarships symbolize encouragement and support for aspiring finance professionals, and the Business Administration Division extends sincere gratitude to the Thailand Capital Market Development Fund and CFA Institute for their generous support of our students on their journey to becoming CFA charter holders.
