Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Art Club held the “Snap Your Healthy Drinks!” online contest on November 18 - 29, 2024 via Instagram.
It was a fun and creative challenge that encouraged participants to share photos of their favorite healthy drinks on Instagram, including information to raise awareness, and tagging the post with #StayHydrated. The activity aimed to promote the importance of staying hydrated while inspiring participants and their friends to make healthier choices.
The top three most creative posts were awarded with prizes.
The winners are:
1. Punyisa Khemvaraporn (Food Science and Technology student) - 1st Place Winner (700 Baht cash prize)
2. Chanarat Trironnarith (International Business student) - 2nd Place Winner (500 Baht cash prize)
3. Huilin Zhang (Intercultural Studies and Languages student) - 3rd Place Winner (300 Baht cash prize)
Some of the delightful drink choices shared by participants included water, watermelon juice, smoothies, energizing protein drinks, and pineapple juice. Each post was a mix of creativity and a reminder of the importance of staying hydrated and leading a healthy lifestyle.
By combining wellness awareness with a creative challenge, the “Snap Your Healthy Drinks” activity successfully highlighted the importance of healthy hydration while engaging the community in a fun and rewarding experience.
