During the first few weeks of the 3rd Trimester, the Case Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) focused primarily on organizing the HSBC Case Competition. This event was a major priority, and the club’s officers and members spent most of their time preparing for it.

To ensure everything went smoothly, the club had a weekly meeting every Monday from May 6 to July 13, 2024 at Seminar Room 1210. They also conducted a full dry run the day before the competition. This practice run allowed them to go through the entire schedule and make sure they were ready for any challenges.

In addition to the event preparations, they also worked on the club’s social media marketing, putting effort into creating content that was both engaging and professional.

In the weeks that followed, the club’s focus shifted to the annual recruitment process. The operations team met regularly to design a comprehensive recruitment plan, mapping out all the stages from start to finish. They began by planning the operational flow, including ice-breaking activities and other key elements to ensure a smooth process.

As the term progressed, they finalized the recruitment locations within MUIC and officially kicked off the process with a "Skill Testing Day." During this event, the club provided personalized tasks tailored to each department—marketing, operations, and the case team—to assess the skills of the applicants.

The club observed that the 3rd Trimester was both productive and rewarding, having successfully organized the HSBC Case Competition, ensuring its smooth execution through diligent preparation and a full practice run. The club’s efforts in social media marketing also paid off, with engaging and professional content enhancing its visibility. Overall, the combined efforts of everyone in event organization and recruitment have strengthened the club, setting a strong foundation for future activities and initiatives.
