Mahidol University International College (MUIC) proudly celebrates the success of its Finance students, Team ICU Associates, who achieved 2nd Runner-Up at the prestigious ASEAN Investment Challenge (AIC) 2025, organized by CGS International Securities Pte Ltd.

The team, representing Thailand, was composed of Mr. Pakkapol Chatporntham, Mr. Kannat Lertvongkornkit, Mr. Sangboon Kittipiyakul, and Ms. Phitinan Limpisirisan.

The AIC 2025 concluded at the Securities Commission Malaysia’s ASEAN Capital Markets Forum in Kuala Lumpur, marking the competition’s third successful year. Running from April to November 2025, the challenge brought together more than 7,000 university students from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and, for the first time, the Philippines.

Throughout the seven-month journey, participants managed virtual investment portfolios, applying real-world financial strategies while incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The final round featured national champion teams presenting their strategies before a distinguished judging panel from NASDAQ, Singapore Exchange, Bursa Malaysia, Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Philippine Stock Exchange, and CGS International.

MUIC’s outstanding performance highlights the college’s dedication to enhancing global financial literacy and sustainable investing practices. The competition also provided invaluable opportunities for learning through CGS Academy masterclasses, mentorships, and interactive trading simulations.

Congratulations again to the MUIC Finance team for their exceptional performance, innovation, and commitment to responsible investment. You have made MUIC and Thailand proud!
