The MUIC Environment and Energy-saving Committee paid a visit to Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology, NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd., and CR Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on June 14-15, 2018 in order to gain more knowledge on innovative ways of managing the environment, energy, and occupational health and safety.
On the first day of the trip, the committee members visited the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology which, aside from specializing in science, engineering and technology education, also serves as a center for researchers in innovation. This institute also cooperates with other educational institutions, business, industry, and science and technology research agencies.
Afterwards they proceeded to the NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd. which provides health and safety services to factories in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate as well as the Emergency Management Center.
The following day, the committee members visited CR Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which is responsible for security and maintenance services to the petrochemical plants in the industrial estate. Later, they met with the deputy governor of Rayong province to learn more about the provincial government’s activities that support the ASEAN Economic Community.
วิทยาลัยฯ เข้าศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรม สิ่งแวดล้อม พลังงาน อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย
เมื่อวันที่ 14-15 มิถุนายน 2561 ตัวแทนจากคณะกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมฯ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่สถาบันวิทยาสิริเมธี บริษัท NPC Safety and Environment Service จำกัดและบริษัท CR Asia Thailand จำกัด เพื่อให้มีความรู้ในด้านการบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรม สิ่งแวดล้อม พลังงาน อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย และนำความรู้ที่ได้มาปรับใช้กับวิทยาลัยฯ ต่อไป
โดยวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2561 ตัวแทนจากคณะกรรมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมฯ ได้เข้าดูงานที่สถาบันวิทยาสิริเมธี โดยสถาบันฯ มุ่งเน้นการจัดการศึกษาด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิศวกรรม และเทคโนโลยี อีกทั้งเป็นศูนย์รวมนักวิจัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรม และสร้างความร่วมมือทางด้านวิจัยกับสถาบันการศึกษา ภาคธุรกิจ ภาคอุตสาหกรรมและหน่วยงานด้านการวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และหลังจากนั้นคณะกรรมการฯ เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่บริษัท NPC Safety and Environment Service จำกัด โดยเป็นบริษัทที่ให้การบริการทางด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยแก่โรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุดอีกทั้งยังเป็นศูนย์ควบคุมภาวะฉุกเฉิน
วันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2561 ได้เข้าดูงานที่บริษัท CR Asia Thailand จำกัด โดยบริษัทมุ่งเน้นให้บริการทางด้านความปลอดภัยและบริการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ แก่โรงงานปิโตรเคมีในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งต้องมีการวางแผนทางด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างสูงในการปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละขั้นตอน และหลังจากนั้นเข้าพบท่านรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดระยองเพื่อฟังแนวทางการบริหารจัดการจังหวัดระยองเพื่อรองรับ AEC (Asean Economics Community)
