A sophomore student of the Media and Communication major of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) was chosen as a finalist in the Miss Chinese Global Thailand 2025 pageant and received the title “Miss Chinese Global Thailand Culture 2025” during the ceremony held on October 11, 2025 at Phenix Pratunam in Bangkok.
The achievement of Ms. Ingfa Joungchaichana brought pride to MUIC and exemplifies the talent and cultural awareness of its students in fostering cross-cultural understanding and international goodwill.
This year marks the first edition of the pageant which aims to select Thai-Chinese representatives who can promote the concept of “family heritage and Chinese lineage” while inspiring younger generations to appreciate and preserve Sino-Thai cultural traditions.
The event also commemorated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and the People’s Republic of China.
