A team of Food Science and Technology students from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) earned 1st Runner-up honors at the Nestlé - FoSTAT Food Science and Technology Quiz Bowl 2025, held on June 14, 2025 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
Competing against top universities from across the country, the MUIC team showcased their exceptional knowledge in areas such as food science, technology, nutrition, and food safety. Their remarkable performance reflects the strength of MUIC’s academic programs and the commitment of both students and faculty to academic excellence.
The Nestlé - FoSTAT Quiz Bowl is the largest academic competition in Thailand in the field of food science and technology. Jointly organized by Nestlé and the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), the event aims to encourage academic achievement and foster professional development among young scholars in the field.
