Teaching & Learning Excellence Program

Teaching & Learning Excellence Program (TLEP)

With the increase in internet usage, e-learning is increasingly being incorporated into school curriculum and has shifted the education trend from traditional classrooms to online classrooms across the globe. Not only does it offer greater flexibility and better access for all students, e-learning adds an increase in the students' control over their learning while allowing instructors to facilitate and supervise them throughout the learning experience.

MUIC has been making moves towards online education for some time now and in recent years, several platforms such as Moodle, Zoom, WebEx, Socrative, Google Classroom, etc. have been introduced in the classrooms to facilitate better learning experiences.

With the emergence of COVID-19, the necessity of teaching and learning through online platforms has been further emphasized. The halt of all in-class activities has forced educational institutes to explore sustainable approaches to learning and teaching, and the shift to online learning is the answer.
